Peachtree Farmstead is solid ground for GB Culinary.
Our farm got its start in 2014, when Grant & Kaylinn Buchanan purchased their home on 4.5 acres in northeast Longmont. They named it Peachtree Farmstead (nodding to Grant’s hometown of Atlanta) and planted a peach tree to commemorate its beginning.
Looking back, much has grown with the exception of the lone peach tree, as fate would have it. Peachtree Farmstead is now full of life, including Grant & Kaylinn’s son, Huxley. Our chosen vegetables are seedlings in the greenhouse. Our laying chickens and roosters are active company through the rest of the winter maintenance. Delilah, our perennial sow, is looking for her next chance at spring piglets.
In 2018, we look forward to the arrival of our goats, soil improvements, an enlarged barn and greater greenhouse activity. There’s always something to do, and all is and done with integrity and love. We are ever evolving for the sake of our clients, our menus and our barnyard residents.
